Tree Lighting is an outdoor event and may be canceled due to weather.
Toy & Canned Food Drive
Admission is free, but we ask everyone to bring a non-perishable canned good or toy that will be donated to West Valley Community Services.

Ring in the holiday season with Jack London Square’s annual tree lighting festivities, from 5:45 pm to 8 pm located at the plaza near Plank.
There will be live entertainment featuring:
– Laser light shows
– Photos with Santa, Frosty, Holiday Teddy Bear and The Peppermint Princess – Special performances by Oaktown Jazz Workshops’ Performance Ensemble and The Lyric Performing Arts Academy

Come celebrate the holidays with over 60 musical and animated exhibits, glittering lights, and the 50-foot pixel-lighted tree!
6 pm: Santa’s arrival
6:20 pm: The tree-lighting ceremony
6 pm – 6:30: Meet the Grinch! The Grinch and other cast members from How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical will be at Christmas in the park to take photos with guests.
Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical opens at the San Jose Center for Performing Arts on November 28. Ticket Link
Don’t forget that Christmas in the Park is across the street from San Jose’s Downtown Ice!
