This nine-hour family-friendly affair promises a safe and enjoyable experience for all ages with the special theme of ‘Together in Monterey.’ First Night Monterey and Kids’ Night Out kicks off at 3 PM at the Pacific Street Location and then continues with 9 Hours of fabulous Art, Music and New Year’s fun all the way into the New Year!
Opening Ceremony & Twilight Procession The most creative New Year’s Eve for your family! First Night Monterey and Kids’ Night Out kicks off at 3 PM with the Opening Ceremony. Kids’ Night Out culminates with the 5:30 PM Twilight Procession on Alvarado Street serving as the Kids’ Night Out Finale. Music, song, dance, art creating, hat making and more will complete your artful time! In by 3, Out by 9!

Happy New Year, Charlie Brown! Celebrate the New Year with the Peanuts Gang!
Enjoy fun crafts for kids, make a balloon Snoopy, watch Happy New Year, Charlie Brown on the big screen, and ring in the new year! Plus, do your best Snoopy dance and count down to 2024 with an Up Down Balloon Drop and Baby Balloon Drop (for children 4 and under and their families) at Noon, and a second Balloon Drop at 3:00 pm!
Doors open at 10:00 am, and capacity will be monitored; admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
