Seahorse Storytime with Sara T. Behrman | Bascom Lib

Today: A Very Special Seahorse Storytime with Children’s Author, Sara T. Behrman at Bascom Library.
Hidden in the ocean of colorful fish, octopus, kelp, sea sponges and other sea life is a most unique creature: the seahorse. Join us for a special storytime presented by author Sara T. Behrman, as she reads for her new book The Sea Hides a Seahorse (The Collective Book Studio, April 9, 2024). This event, which is suitable for all ages, will also feature seahorse craft activities and songs. Included at the back is more information about seahorses and how to support their protection and conservation. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of THE SEA HIDES A SEAHORSE is being donated to support marine education and seahorse conservation. The book has received a starred review from School Library Journal, and positive reviews from Kirkus and other professional media.
