This program was generously sponsored by the Friends of the Evergreen Branch Library. Recommended for Pre-K to 5th graders and family. Listen and learn about the incredible life of Mae Jemison; dancer, physician and the first African American woman to travel in space. Learn the order of the planets in our solar system, learn 6 constellations and learn/sing two songs about stars. Connects to: Science/Technology, Critical thinking Rochelle is a long time professional musician and educator that combines academics and arts in all her programs.
