Join us on Billy Jones Day! To celebrate the man who started it all!
During Billy Jones Day YOU get to name the price of the ride! Just as Billy Jones did on his ranch. You may donate as little or as much as you can for each ride on the train and the carousel on this special day.
Train and carousel will run from 10:30am to 4:30pm.
Our snack shack will be open from 11:00am to 4:00pm, with the barbecue cooking from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad annual Flapjacks & Railroad Tracks Pancake Breakfast will cook up on Saturday, June 10th!
This family-fun event will kick off early morning with breakfast being served from 8:00am until 10:15am.
There are two options for breakfast: Regular Breakfast includes 3 large pancakes & 2 sausage links. Small Breakfast includes 1 large pancake & 2 sausage links. A la cart items will also be available.
In addition, the train and carousel will be open for early morning rides. Rides will begin at 8:00am and run until 4:30pm.
Standard ticket pricing applies.
No reservations required! Come on down and enjoy a great breakfast and early morning rides on the train and carousel! All aboard!!

The Spring Open House and Train Show, April 01 & 02, 2023 at the South Bay Historical Railroad Society at the Santa Clara Caltrain Station.
Visitors can also see and walk through the Santa Clara Depot, the oldest train station on the West Coast.
Tour the restored 1912 Pullman Cafe Parlor Observation Car, the Edward Peterman Museum of Railroad History and watch model trains navigate our HO and N scale layouts.
While you’re there, visit the South Bay Historical Railroad Society’s Company Store where you or your little one can purchase and take home their very own train car.
Or consider hosting a birthday party for your train obsessed child at the Depot.
Tickets can be purchased onsite beginning March 1st. Adults are $5.00. Children under 18 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.

The San Leandro Historical Railway Society (SLHRS) operates in the San Leandro depot built in 1898 by the Southern Pacific Railroad.
The SLHRS has public hours two days a week:
Tuesdays, 7:30pm – 9:00pm
Saturdays, 9 am – 1pm.
The SLHRS has programs for many age levels; novice (ages 6 through 13), student (ages 14 through 18), and general membership. Our novice program requires parental or adult supervision.
Admission is free and donations are welcome.
