A one-hour edition of the hit musical, specially tailored for young actors!

Plunge into this stunning all-singing, all-dancing, dynamic stage show! When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, a most unexpected hero rises up. The power of optimism really can save the world!

An exciting new musical featuring irresistible characters and magical music, this deep-sea pearl of a show is set to make a splash with audiences young and old. The future is bright, the future is bold, the future is The SpongeBob Musical.

Join us for a small concert from Opera San Jose where performers will sing select pieces from their upcoming production of Florencia en el Amazones, a fully Spanish opera composed by Mexican composer, Daniel Catan. This is Opera San Jose’s first Spanish language opera production and they’re excited to share it with the Biblioteca community.

All ages are welcome – bring the family! This is a free event. No registration is required.

Únase a nosotros para un pequeño concierto desde la Ópera San José donde los artistas cantarán piezas selectas de su próxima producción de Florencia en el Amazones, una ópera totalmente española compuesta por el compositor mexicano Daniel Catán. Esta es la primera producción de ópera en español de Opera San José y están entusiasmados de compartirla con la comunidad de la Biblioteca. Todas las edades son bienvenidas: ¡trae a la familia! Este es un evento gratuito. No es necesario registrarse.

Imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost – home of the most infamous villains who ever lived – the teenaged children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off the island… until now. When the four troublemakers are sent to attend prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes, they have a difficult choice to make: should they follow in their parents’ wicked footsteps or learn to be good?
