Celebrate Earth Day with the Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority in Coyote Valley!
Come celebrate Mother Nature and all you can do to help planet Earth at this special free event for the whole community!
Take a walk up to the top of Spreckles Hill for breathtaking views of Coyote Valley, followed by arts and crafts, raw honey sampling from the Happy Hollow Park & Zoo apiary, activities to learn about water, and the opportunity to meet native plant garden enthusiasts.
Hear from Open Space Authority General Manager Andrea Mackenzie and get inspired by our special guests from the local conservation community
Activities begin at 10:00 a.m. Please arrive at 9:45 a.m. to allow time to park and check-in.

Oakridge Kids Club – Earth Day, a Westfield Mall event!
Join us from 11:00am – 1:00pm to celebrate Earth Day! Members from our Oakridge Farmers Market will be onsite to educate your children on how to live a cleaner and healthier life!
Followed by arts & crafts along with sunflower potting with take-home biodegradable pot.

A limited supply of gloves and buckets will be available so please bring your own if you can.

The clean-up will be taking place at Shorebird Park (160 University Ave. Berkeley, CA 94710).
