Free JC Penney Kids Zone | Scarecrow or Pumpkin Noodle

JC Penney continues with their free Kids Zone events. Stop by your local JCP store between 11 am and noon to make a Scarecrow of Pumpkin Noodle.

All necessary materials will be provided and you don’t need to sign up ahead of time. As a thank you for coming, parents also receive a 10% off coupon valid for that day only. The coupon can be used either in store or online.
