Today at Sur La Table: Holiday Macaron Workshop. This cooking class is for teens (ages 14+) and adults. This class is 3 hours.
Consider this a parent/child cooking class because a paying adult must accompany kids/teens ages 17 and under.
Cooking Class Description: The flavors of the season shine on this macaron menu!
Our chef instructor will guide you through making two tasty buttercream flavors—peppermint with white chocolate and mascarpone with cranberry curd.
In this three-hour class, you’ll learn how to create the perfect batter, pipe the ideal shape, create delicious fillings, and assemble your macarons to perfection. These holiday-centric confections will stand out on your holiday menu! Register Now!
