Get ready for some summer fun with a Balloon Artist from Hey Balloon Lady, who will be making amazing balloon creations for kids to take home while supplies last. This fun program will also include a seasonal craft. Remember to check out some great new books to finish off your summer learning reading goal. Did you forget to sign up?
