Delicious Dim Sum | Sur La Table

Today at Sur La Table: Delicious Dim Sum. This cooking class is for teens (ages 14+) and adults.
Consider this a parent/child cooking class because a paying adult must accompany kids/teens ages 17 and under.
Cooking Class Description: As friends gather to sample and share delectable bite-size morsels, it’s easy to see why dim sum translates to “touch the heart.”
In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll work alongside classmates practicing the steps for making perfect dumplings—from forming and folding to pleating and steaming. Our chef instructor will show you how to make dough for wrappers and prepare delicious fillings for a variety of savory treats. After mastering a few simple techniques, you’ll look forward to impressing guests at your own dim sum party. Register Now!
