Educational Park Branch would like to recognize your Halloween Spirit!
Come participate in our costume contest judged by Teens Reach members and/or library staff.
PRIZES
Participation: 1 Full Size Candy Bar
Winners: Goodie Bags + even more Candy!
Free. Register at the Information Desk up to an hour before the contest starts with: first name, last name, and costume title.
