Celebrate the holiday season with our Cartooning for the Whole Family workshop everyone will enjoy! Everyone in the family can enjoy collaborative drawing activities and challenges lead by CAM Instructors. Inspire your imagination and bring the family together!
The workshops are an hour and a half long. Admission to the museum galleries is included with the workshop registration. Workshop purchase valid for one day only. No drawing experience is required and all materials will be provided. Unwind with family and let your imaginations fly! Please note: No adults without children and no children without adults.
Tickets: Adult and Child combo ticket: $40 / Additional Adult: $25 /Additional Child (6 to 17): $15

Have you ever wanted to make a zine? We’ll teach you! On May 3rd, we will be making fan zines for our favorite comics, using recycled comics including Peanuts, Archie, Broom-Hilda and more! Supplies including recycled comics will be provided. All ages are welcome, ages 6+ recommended. This event is free and open to the public.
About Zines
Zines are handmade self-published magazines that can be about anything you want! They can be super fast and easy to make. People have been making zines for decades to express their love for musicians, TV shows, and to make their own comics.

Pay What You Wish Days at the Cartoon Art Museum create affordable experiences for all to ignite imaginations and foster the next generation of visual storytellers by celebrating the history of cartoon art, its role in society, and its universal appeal with a visit to the Cartoon Art Museum.
From 11 am to 5 pm on the first Tuesday of the month set your own admission price and find inspiration through viewing original art, exploring our reading room, or enjoying family-oriented activities in our kid’s corner.

Saturday afternoon cartooning workshops meet monthly from 3 pm – 4:30 pm.
Students learn a variety of introductory skills in each workshop, with subjects ranging from creating characters to writing stories to creating their own comic strips.
These workshops are for teens 14-17 and Adults.
