| Scholarship Opportunity: Silicon Valley Power DTE 10/15 |
Silicon Valley Power (SVP) is a member of the American Public Power Association’s (APPA) Demonstration of Energy and Efficiency Developments (DEED) program, which offers scholarships to students interested in a career working for a public power utility.
Students interested must obtain login credentials to submit an application and request a DEED member utility sponsor. SVP would support sponsoring students living or going to school in our community. 1) Vote for your favorite books.
2) Choose a book to read as a family.
3) Grab an audio book from
Amazon or your local library. Listen to it in your car or set aside time during the week to listen as a family.
4) Have a “friendly discussion” about which book is best.
