If you have a child 13-18 that regularly rides Bart or VTA, get a Youth Clipper card for a 50% discount on your BART rides. For a round trip 19th Street Oakland  to Fruitvale journey, for example, the non-discounted fare for a teen now would be $3.90. When the Clipper Youth discount goes into effect, that teen would pay only $1.95 for the same ride.

Parents can fill out an application on line, but I suggest going to a physical location (with the I.D. or other documents) and getting the card in person.  If you order the card online, you will have to submit a copy of the documentation by mail – and you don’t want to send a copy of a birth certificate or ID via mail.

Bart Fares will increase in January 2018, including a surcharge for using paper tickets, so adults might want to take a look at getting a Clipper Card also.  Source Bart.gov.

Movies purchased from Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Walt Disney Studios,

Twentieth Century Fox Film, Universal Pictures and Warner Bros. Entertainment purchased or redeemed through digital retailers Amazon Video, Google Play, iTunes and Vudu, can now be watched using Movies Anywhere either via the web site or their app. This also includes movies registered through the Disney Movies Anywhere web site.
