Step into the enchanted world of Broadway’s classic, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast performed by Sunnyvale Community Players.
A singing teapot, a dancing candlestick, and a hairy beast all walk into a theater.
The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
Beauty and the Beast opens on Friday, February 24, 2023, and runs through Sunday, March 12, 2023. Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2:30 p.m and 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 2:30 p.m.
Running time is approximately 2 and a half hours, plus intermission.
Ticket prices are $40 for adults, $20 for children, and $34 for seniors (60+) and for students.
