Things to do for kids, tweens, teens and families at the library.

Virtual Yoga for Teens Ages 12-18

Local south bay teens are welcome to join a new online yoga program courtesy of the SJPL and its Edenvale Branch Library.

This program will feature healthy yoga stretching and poses taught by a certified volunteer yoga instructor. Each session will aim to strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, along with proper breathing and meditation techniques.

The class will also feature journaling at the end of each session, as a way for teens to process any/all emotions that come up, as well as to express themselves and enhance individual writing skills.

This yoga program  is exclusively for those ages 12 to 18 only.  If you have any questions, please email paul.wilson@sjlibrary.org.
