For over eight years, vocalist and bandleader Rhonda Benin has brought this magical celebration of Bay Area women in music to life, featuring dozens of performers of all ages.
Proving that women can run the band, play the instruments, sing, compose, conduct and produce, Just Like a Woman brings a fun-filled morning of great music to SFJAZZ for this joyful tribute.
Come meet the ladies in the band, hear songs composed by women, and do a bit of dancing while you’re at it!.
About SFJazz Family Matinees:
These affordably priced family-friendly concerts are a great way for you to pass your love of jazz onto the next generation. Each one-hour matinee features live performance, audience participation, Q&A, and amazing music.
Tickets: $5, 10 and $23.
