Newt Exploration | Las Trampas Wilderness

LAS TRAMPAS – It’s that time of year again… The Great Newt Migration! Join us as we search for these amazing amphibians in their natural habitat. We’ll learn about their amorous adventures and their amazing adaptations.
Audience: 5 plus years of age Parent participation required
Hike occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wet weather. Bring water, wear close-toed shoes. Rainboot highly recommended. Newt sightings are not guaranteed but on this guided walk we will learn all about newts. ** 1.63 mile hike along Bollinger Creek Loop trail
