Music for Families: Music of the Wild West | SF Symphony

Saddle up for a rip-roaring adventure through the ol’ Wild West! You’ll hear music that sounds like the thundering hoof beats of a galloping horse, a glorious sunrise in the Grand Canyon, a rough ‘n’ tough time at the rodeo, and even a song or two about a beloved toy cowboy named Woody—Yee-haw!
Come early for more fun! Pre-concert activities start one hour before concert start time.
Come early and collect stamps in your musical passport, and enjoy lobby activities such as the instrument petting zoo, coloring stations, and our conductor photo station. Ticket holders receive free online materials to enhance musical discovery at home.
Recommended for ages 5 and older. Tickets: $13.50 – $64. Tickets for kids are 1/2 price!

Music for Families is a series of concerts presented by the San Francisco Symphony for families. The concerts are designed to bring kids and parents together in an atmosphere that not only entertains, but inspires. Concerts are casual and on Saturdays to make it easy to attend. Each concert has a different theme. Come early for other activities and fun.
