Learn to cook a magnificent Mexican feast, right in your own kitchen!
Chef Dwayne Minier will show you how to make recipes that the whole family will enjoy:
♦ flautas (rolled and fried corn tortilla taco),
♦ esquites (corn-in-a-cup),
♦ chocoflan (chocolate cake stacked with flan), and
♦ agua de piña (pineapple water).
You’ll walk through the recipes with Chef Dwayne, then be ready to cook the recipes on your own – for a Friday night fiesta, or any time you choose!
The day before the class, registrants will receive a Zoom link and pdf of recipes so they can follow along.
