Game Theory by Science for the Bay | SJPL | Online
August 15, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pmFBRR
Calabazas Branch Library hosts: Game Theory by Science by the Bay. The intended audience is high school-level math students.
We will be teaching specifically game theory questions. Game theory are logical puzzles that forces the students to think while also combining math. During our math unit, we will cover basic concepts and strategies that are usually not taught in school in order to increase problem solving skills.
We don’t want to focus on the traditional numerically oriented thinking but rather, we also want to focus on logical based thinking. Additional classes will be added in the future at other dates to allow for a wider range of participants and learning. Each class is independent from another with new problems and additional strategies. Look out for more! Only 1 sign-up needed per family. Links to Zoom meeting will be sent out 2 days before the event and an additional reminder 2 hours before the event (for late sign-ups). Please make sure you register with a valid email!
