Free Passes to California Parks at CA Libraries

Visit your local public library and get a free Day-Use Entry pass for over 200 participating state park units. Just ask for a California State Library Parks Pass.
Just like the free Kids in the Park pass, except you don’t need that 4th grader.
The California State Library Parks Pass is valid for entry of one passenger vehicle with a capacity of nine people or less or one highway licensed motorcycle.
