Free JC Penney Kids Zone | December

JCPenney continues with their free Kids Zone events the second Saturday of each month from 11 am – 12 pm.
CelebrateFamily.us Best Bet: Great day to shop at JCP because parents get a coupon for 10% off for in store or online on the day of the event. And the coupon can be combined with another JC Penney coupon. Some exclusions and restrictions apply.
