Family Storytime | Alum Rock Lib
April 30, 2022 @ 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
FreeToday: Indoor Family Storytime at Alum Rock Library
Storytime is designed to accommodate a mix of ages and invites the entire family to participate in early literacy activities such as stories, songs, rhymes, fingerplays, and movement activities. Storytime is a fun and interactive experience for the whole family that promotes the joys of reading and learning for all ages. This program is geared for children of all ages and their parents/caregivers! Saturday storytime is currently only for the month of April. Expanded storytimes may come at a later date. All attendees will be required to observe the Library’s Safety Guidelines. Free, with limited capacity. As we navigate pandemic life, here are a few modifications to our Storytime: Please note that this will be an indoor program. Santa Clara County Public Health requires that everyone (ages 2+) wear a mask indoors. Thank you for your cooperation. Seating for Storytime is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of tickets will be distributed at the Information Desk 30 minutes prior to the start of Storytime. San Jose Public Library Storytimes are in alignment with the City’s Education and Digital Literacy Initiative. To request an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act for library-sponsored events, please call 408-808-2000 or email Accessibility@sjlibrary.org at least three business days prior to the event.
Audience: Young Children, ages 0-5 Source
