Every year, many communities join in celebration to recognize the contributions African Americans and woman have made to our society. In the United States, we celebrate Black History Month(BHM) in February, and March is reserved for Woman’s History Month (WHM).
Join the Family Learning Center Coordinators during our weekly Community Connection Hour (CCH) for our 1st Annual BHM & WHM Speaker Series! Guest Speakers Include: Mychele Riddick (AT&T); Dr. Monica Allen (SJSU Dept. of Public Health); Dr. Marcelle Dougan (SJSU Dept. of Public Health); Ms. Zeena Yasin (Business Owner-Financial Advisor), Dr. Susie Reyes.
This program will take place on Zoom and registration is required to receive the meeting link.
