Stressed out? Anxious? Let Study Smart help you better understand the factors that cause stress, its impacts on the body and self, and develop ways to cope and manage stressful situations. (Ages 12-18)

Register now for this free course on being offered on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 6:00-7:30 pm. Zoom link for this session will be sent out the day of the presentation. Last day to register is April 20, 2021 at 11:45 pm.
