AI Bridge Program for Teens Session | Cupertino Lib
March 15, 2024 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
AIBridge is excited to bring our “AI Introductory” course to the Cupertino Library to spark interest in teens and adults interested in learning AI. Our course will span two days (Saturday, March 16th & 23rd), so all participants must commit to attending both sessions.
We will start the first day with a brief overview of Python basics and the Pandas library. We will proceed to introduce supervised machine learning and then spend our second-day teaching classification models, unsupervised machine learning, and how ChatGPT works. We will provide hands-on practice with interactive labs during both sessions.
By signing up for this class, you agree to attend both sessions. If you are not able to attend both sessions, please consider allowing another available patron to take part. One registration will cover you for both sessions. Participants are required to bring their own laptop to work on. The library offers laptops to check out but will not be specifically providing them for this program. If you want to borrow a laptop for this program, be sure to bring a SCCLD library card in order to check out a laptop. IMPORTANT: Participants should have some prior Python coding experience.
Registration required.
Audiences: Teens
