4th of July Open House | Crab Cove Visitor Center

Drop by after the Alameda Fourth of July Parade to celebrate our nation’s birthday and the beauty and diversity of our Bay with family-friendly activities throughout the afternoon. This is a drop-in program; no registration is required.
Celebrate the beauty and diversity of our Bay with family-friendly activities. Ongoing crafts on deck all afternoon.
SCHEDULED PROGRAMS:
- 1:00 – 1:30 pm Turtle Time.
- 1:30 – 2:00 pm Listen to some nature stories.
- 2:00 – 2:30 pm Celebrate Plastic Free July!
- 2:30 – 3:00 pm Meet one of our reptile residents and learn some snake secrets.
- 3:00 – 4:00 pm Clean up the beach and add to our museum of oddities!
Note: Our Visitor Center does not open until 1pm due to the Alameda 4th of July Parade. Come out and see us on the route, with more info here: http://www.alamedaparade.com/
