Today: 3D Printing Workshop at Almaden Library. Discover the Basics of 3D Printing! Perfect for beginners and curious creators alike!
Join us for an engaging workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of 3D printing and see a 3D printer in action.
Our expert volunteer will guide you through the types and components of 3D printers, and introduce you to design tools like Tinkercad and Creality Print.
You’ll create your own 3D models, convert them to STL files, and use a slicer program to prepare them for printing.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Audience: Adults, ages 18+, Seniors, ages 65+, Teens, ages 12-18
