I feel like an expert on this subject after our recent trip to Disneyland. I checked all of my favorite sites, Costco, AAA, the Disneyland app and Slickdeals. And buying the tickets at Target using a Target Redcard beat everyone. Here is the current deal at Target*:
3 Day 1-Park Per Day $210 | With REDcard: $199.50 or $66.50/per day
3 Day Park Hopper $260 | With REDcard: $247 or about $82.33/per day
4 Day Park Hopper $279 | With REDcard: $265.05 or $66.26/per day
5 Day Park Hopper $289 | With REDcard: $274.55 or just under $54.91/per day
Highlights of the Disneyland Tickets Purchased at Target

- Target’s Disneyland tickets include one (1) Magic Morning admission to Disneyland Park (restrictions apply, check Disneyland.com for Magic Morning schedule).
- Tickets are non-refundable. Unused Tickets keep their value toward an upgrade to something of equal or greater value at the Box Office.
- Tickets are delivered via email within 4 hours.
Saving Money with Disney Gift Card eGift Purchased at Target
Absolutely, using the Target REDcard gets you the 5% discount! You can purchase Disney egift cards online and receive the egift card via email. But, another good hack for this is the Disney credit card. Currently new card holders get a $100 statement credit after their first purchase. I would suggest getting a Disney credit card for each adult on the trip and take advantage of this savings first for souvenirs and food in the park. Marian’s Note: Have a mentioned that I would use my credit card for $1 of gas, just to get a perk? Be Bold!
What About Prices for 1 or 2 Days at Disneyland Resort? Single Park Tickets?
Single day tickets are only available at Disneyland or through the Disneyland app (or website).
If you are really, absolutely, only going to go to 1 park each day, then the 2 day ticket with admission to 1 park per day will save you $55 per ticket. $225 (adult) and $210 (child). But if you expect to visit both Disneyland and California Adventure parks over two days and want the flexibility to go to both parks each day, then the 3 Day Park Hopper ticket is your best bargain. Confusing I know, but check the numbers below.
