 The Television Academy Foundation is now accepting applications for its prestigious 2018 Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate college students.
The Foundation provides over 50 summer internships in approximately 30 entertainment professions to college students nationwide. The Internship Program gives students in-depth and hands-on experience in professional television production during an eight-week paid summer internship in Los Angeles, CA. It also provides valuable access to industry networking and employment opportunities.

Here is your reminder that the end of year is coming soon. Now is the time for make appointments for check ups for doctors, optometrists and dentists. Also, if you have kids coming home from college for the holidays – make theirs too!
Lastly for year end planning, take a look at FSA accounts (medical and child care), deadlines and carry overs for 2018. If you have money to spend, I always suggest first aid kits. |

 I am doing a review on this play, but I have to share with you that I loved it. I loved the dialogue with the snarky comments and double entendre. I loved the choreography that used the space at the Curran theater so well. I loved the singing. And I loved the BLUEGRASS music played by the musicians on the stage.
I recommend Bright Star for ages 12 and above because of a certain scene which I can’t describe without spoiling the plot. Also because some of the dialogue might not be understood for younger kids.
